I attended NTTD weekend #66, way back in the spring of 2018.  I worship and serve at Gateway Church at the Dallas campus.  At Gateway, I have the honor of being a part of the Altar Prayer team. I am one of the teachers in the Stewardship ministry. My trade is that of a Project Manager in a tax practice. So basically, I keep accountants accountable, and I am an expert cat herder.  The Lord has blessed me with a community so incredible that has taken me years to slightly understand the gift He's given me by placing me within your arms.  It is the most rewarding opportunity to serve in this Tres Dias community in any way He calls me to serve. I love serving on the weekends where I have an opportunity to love others as I was loved on, when I desperately needed it. I will continue to serve this community in any way He calls me to serve and where the Lord calls me to go or do, I must answer yes.

Justin Bolton attended NTTD #59. He and his family attend Cottonwood Creek Church in Allen, Texas. He has joyfully served on several weekends, and he is excited to continue to serve the Tres Dias community. He is running for an At-Large position to better serve the community in growth and expansion of God’s kingdom.

Robert Brock

I attended NTTD weekend #61 and my life was changed forever.  So I had heard everyone say how awesome it is to serve, so I was led to serve my first weekend which was NTTD #62.  That weekend changed me forever, for I had found my Spiritual gift and it was serve and lead others to Christ!!  The best tool or avenue to serve and lead others to Christ, I feel in my heart, is Tres Dias!!  I have been fortunate enough to serve every NTTD Men's weekend since I went through and look forward to serving many more.  My reason to run for a position on the board is simple.  I want to do anything I can to preserve and expand the NTTD Tres Dias community, and led other Men to freedom with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ!

I attended NTTD#29.  My husband and I worship and serve at Reclamation Church in Plano.  We have been married for 26 years and we have 4 wonderful children and 4 sweet grandchildren. I believe that my leadership skills combined with my heart to hear the Holy Spirit speaking would make me an ideal candidate for serving on the NTTD board.  I have trained and led teams of youth and adults on overseas mission trips along with training and developing leaders in many different ministry positions.  My passion is education, but I also love to serve and train leaders. Currently, I am the Head of School for a private academy where I oversee a staff of 28, coordinate with a board of directors, and diligently work with my team and parents to bring the best education to DFW students.  NTTD is more than a board, more than a weekend, but it is an encounter with God for those going through the weekend for the first time along with those serving on the weekend.  NTTD is a community of believers who come to transform the lives of individuals.  I would be honored to serve as a member of the NTTD board.

I attend and serve at Covenant Life Church in North Richland Hills with my wife, Heather, and two children, Trevor and Elise. I attended North Texas Tres Dias #59, where I sat at the table of Matthew.

I was appointed to the NTTD board in early 2023, where I also support the leadership committee. In my time on the board, I have seen much behind the curtain, and I believe that there is more to be done. Given a chance to continue my time with the board I will work for the community and ensure that we are focused on efforts that are centered in Christ, while providing meaningful growth and advancement of our vision and mission.

Your vote and voice matter in this community and the board shares responsibility in advancement with the community at large.

With 100% certainty, I can say that North Texas Tres Dias defines what faith means to me. Because NTTD is non-denominational, a discipleship, and serves all believers with honor, respect, fairness and understanding.  I would be excited and hardworking as part of the NTTD leadership. Few things are more important than preserving and supporting faithfulness in the hearts and minds of men and women. I’ve known NTTD to be a loving & caring family.  Candidly, continuing to develop and enhance that family is essential. I grew up in Richmond, Virginia. My family and I moved to the Dallas area in 1994. I was a candidate at NTTD Men’s #66 and has served every weekend since.  My walk with Christ began at the age of six (6).  After hearing about Tres Dias for a few years, I was asked to become a candidate. My experience was phenomenal!  My faith is strengthened with every weekend, and polishes my confidence in the significant value of Tres Dias.

I live in Dallas with my husband Derrick of 23 years. We have 2 adult sons, a 10-year-old daughter & 2-year-old granddaughter. I fell in love with NTTD when I went through on my NTTD weekend #68. It was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I love the opportunity to come back and serve when I can. I have met so many amazing people. I love the NTTD community!! I love to be able to sponsor people who God places on my path, so they too can experience the love of the Lord through this amazing experience! I simply love to love on people and bring happiness to their hearts! I see the impact of how lives are changed when people go through their weekends! Many of my family and friends have been through NTTD and their lives have been forever changed!  I am honored to be considered for this role.

I attended North Texas Tres Dias #22 where I sat at the table of Peter.  My wife, Claudia, and I attend Chase Oaks Church in Plano.  I have followed the maturing of NTTD via my reunion group members and several on the board.  These changes began in earnest some 10 years ago, and our leadership continues to work at bringing the kind of structure we need to support our growing community.  I am very supportive of the framework being established.  I believe these organizational procedures will allow our community to function and our weekends to flow so that we can serve the candidates and all of us see GOD at work.  I would very much like to help continue what is underway.

Lisa Rosemann

I attended North Texas Tres Dias Women’s #8. I sat at the table of Elizabeth. I attend and serve at Center Point Church in North Richland Hills, Texas.  I am married to Tom Rosemann 40 years with three children. I currently serve in the Prayer Partners Ministry at Center Point. I also serve alongside Tom in our Kingdom Advance Ministry for over 18 years as an advisor and counselor.  I've served in Children’s Ministries at Hillcrest Church of Dallas for over 15 years and worked as the ministry's Resource Manager. I am honored to be nominated to become a NTTD board member.  I look forward to being a voice of experience and champion of the heart of the Tres Dias ministry. For over 26 years, the ministry has blessed me with amazing friends and “framly”, and continuity of beliefs among fellow believers. I hope to lead, inspire, and influence within the board to help continue and even build upon the incredible Tres Dias journey for current and future pescadores.

I attended NTTD #67 in the fall of 2018 where I had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. Ever since, NTTD has been a wonderful blessing for me and my family.  I'm so grateful, having the opportunity, to be part of such a loving community.  NTTD excels at being a highly impactful discipleship ministry, where lives are changed, substantially.  It gives me great joy having a front row seat to the Kingdom work that's being done on the weekends.  And in between, there is much that needs to be done.  If elected, I would be humbled and delighted to serve in a position that helps sustain this blessed ministry.

Since joining the North Texas Tres Dias community in 2011, I've been blessed to give back using my spiritual gifts. My journey started with a transformative Tres Dias weekend, aligning my heart with Tres Dias' mission.  Professionally, I specialize in process and performance improvement, which has uniquely equipped me to contribute to our community. Actively participating in weekend teams and reunion groups, My experience as an Executive Director at a juvenile boot camp led me to earn my MBA in Leadership, emphasizing Servant Leadership, which deepened my understanding of empathetic and goal-focused leadership. I believe in growing personally and as a community, drawing on 30 years of business experience to enhance unity and collaboration in Tres Dias. As a servant leader, I prioritize others' needs, fostering individual and collective growth. Mentoring within Tres Dias has been incredibly fulfilling.  The impact of these relationships on personal transformations is a humbling reminder of community power. Outside Tres Dias, in addition to worshipping at Pittsboro United Methodist Church, I enjoy serving the community youth at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School.

At-Large Member
person-4.png

What does an At-Large Board Member do for the community?  Great question, I'm glad you asked!

The job description on the NTTD Bylaws is as follows:

§Section 4.4, "The At-Large Members’ primary duty is to represent the Secretariat at the International Tres Dias National Assembly. It is expected that each At- Large Member will attend the meetings of the Board of Directors and will contribute to the general management of the Secretariat and shall perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned by the President or by the Board of Directors. The At-Large Members shall be the current delegates to the International Tres Dias National Assembly."

During the term of an At-Large member, there will be items, events, or situations that the community President will call on them for assistance.  The President will have them help with committees or special projects.

An At-Large member also has a very important roll in voting on board decisions.  They represent the community in how we will move forward in the future.

My name is Robert Salgado, and I had the privilege of attending North Texas Tres Dias #53, where I sat at the table of Luke. I worship and serve at New Hope Church in Wylie, Texas. I humbly ask for your vote for the position of Treasurer in the upcoming 2024-2025 Board of Directors Election. My journey within this remarkable community has been one of profound service and growth. Having served on several North Texas Tres Dias weekends and held positions such as Member at Large and Weekend Committee Co-Chairperson on the Board of Directors, I have embraced the spirit of servant leadership that this community embodies. Since my transformative weekend in the spring of 2013, every opportunity to serve on a weekend and the Board has allowed me to reciprocate the immeasurable gifts I received. The chance to contribute and hone my servant leadership skills has been invaluable. My commitment to the financial health and stability of our North Texas Tres Dias community is unwavering. If elected Treasurer, I am dedicated to leveraging my accounting skills, extensive experience, and steadfast commitment to continue the hard work our prior Treasurer has done in fostering financial strength and stability. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of serving on the North Texas Tres Dias Board of Directors. Thank you for your consideration and support.

I attended NTTD # 65 where I sat at the table of Rebekah. My husband, Carey, and our little one, Sophia, attend Cross Timbers Community Church in Argyle mostly online.  I've had the privilege of serving as Recording Secretary for our NTTD Board the past two years.  I am respectfully submitting myself for reelection as I believe I finally really understand the job!  All kidding aside, there is a learning curve, but it has been helped tremendously by serving with a variety of remarkable board members who have much more institutional knowledge than I.  Learning the behind-the-scenes work that is accomplished so that we can hold life-changing weekends helping to connect sisters and brothers with Christ has been humbling but also gratifying.  I believe I'm running unopposed, but still, I ask for your vote!  De colores!

I want to help maintain a space that anyone can step into with confidence and lead. Your support makes all the difference!
