Kendal Hauck
Hello, my name is Kendal Hauck, and I had the blessing of attending NTTD #65. I attend Milestone Church (formerly Cross Timbers), both in person and remotely. Since weekend #65, I’ve had the honor of living the truism that “it really is better to work the weekend than to attend as a candidate.” Each weekend has opened my eyes to the amazing work God calls us to and allows us to experience. I am forever grateful to have had small glimpses of serving as CHA from kitchen to dorm to the Rollo Room.

Serving on the NTTD Board for two terms as Recording Secretary has given me the opportunity to learn about NTTD from a unique perspective. Our community has truly awesome members who repeatedly step up to take care of the business side of running our community and putting on our weekends. I will tell you that I enjoy this behind-the- scenes part; working to improve and grow NTTD for people I may never meet is humbling and exciting because I know it really is all about bringing (leading) a friend to Christ.

Romans 12:8 reminds us to use our gifts “if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” I would be honored to serve as Vice President where I believe my skills of encouragement and leadership will make a difference.

Frank Deutschmann

Frank Deutschmann attended NTTD #74 where he sat at the table of Luke; he and his wife worship at The Parks Church, McKinney.  Frank is a seasoned Financial, Analytics, and FinTech leader with a track record at premier institutions including BlackRock, Trepp, dv01, and BBG Real Estate. He has deep experience with financial management, technology management, and financial operations across institutions ranging from startups to Fortune 100 investment management firms to international payments platforms.  Frank is a Faith-forward leader and brings his faith to every role he takes on.

Malinda Hicks

Hello! My name is Malinda Hicks, and I am honored to be asked to stand for election as the Recording Secretary of the NTTD Board of Directors. I attended NTTD Women’s Weekend #60, where I sat at the table of Sarah. My husband, David, and I worship at Reclamation Church in Plano, where he serves as an elder and I serve as the Deacon of the Spiritual Retreat Ministry. I also work at a local university, guiding college students on their educational journeys. Between us we have five adult children and nine adored grandkids.

In the year that I have served on the NTTD Board I have gotten a glimpse into the passion and commitment to this organization of my fellow Pescadors. I have been able to continue developing my skills to be a better leader in my church, family, and community as well as make precious friends, an invaluable gift in a lonely, divided world. Because of the effectiveness of this ministry, I would consider it a privilege to continue serving the Tres Dias community as the Board’s Recording Secretary. Thank you.

Les Breedlove

Hi, I’m Les Breedlove. I’ve been a believer in Jesus since I was a young boy, but my walk with Him was forever changed during my North Texas Tres Dias weekend (#52), where I sat at the Table of Paul. That weekend brought me into a deeper experience of the Father’s love and the life we have through our Savior, Jesus Christ.

My wife and I are thankful to worship and serve at New Hope Church in Wylie, where we’ve found a strong, loving community that continues to shape our faith journey. Through Tres Dias and our church family, my life has been filled with meaningful friendships, spiritual growth, and a renewed sense of purpose. Each day, I strive to follow the Father’s lead—living out His love and grace in all I do. God speed!

Misty Dodge
My name is Misty Dodge and I attended North Texas Tres Dias #69. My husband and I have 7 children, including our beautiful daughter-in-law. We have entered into a new season as 6 of our children are now living away from home and pursuing the Lord's plans for their lives. We have a nonprofit, Love Thy Neighbor Ministries, and also serve in other areas of our community along with running a business. I have a heart for Jesus and desire to see people walking in their God-given identity. I was so humbled during my Tres Dias weekend. I came in ready and excited but also feeling called out when my Rector prayed for "the one who feels they need this the least." I knew I was walking in The Holy Spirit and moving in obedience to The Lord. I desired the time without electronics and wanted to receive all that He had for me. What I took away from the weekend was how much I offered mercy to everyone but my husband. That was such an eye-opening moment. When that truth hit me, I was brought to my knees in repentance, then confession during my time on the mic at closing ceremonies. Since I came through as a candidate, I have served on several Tres Dias weekends. It is such a beautiful experience to witness God put together a team to serve his sons and daughters. He is truly in all the details. I hope to continue to serve Him in every way He desires. De Colores.

Eric Gildersleeve

Eric Gildersleeve, a devoted public sector professional with over 20 years of experience, brings expertise and compassion to his work in local government in Denton County, Texas. Alongside his wife of 15 years, Kami, he actively worships and serves at FirstRock Fellowship in Aubrey, deepening his faith through community and service. He attended North Texas Tres Dias #73, where he sat at the Table of Peter, Eric's spiritual commitment guides his leadership. His extensive involvement in multiple committees and non-profits has honed his ability to navigate the dynamic challenges of volunteer-driven organizations. Currently, Eric is serving his second two-year term as president of a vibrant 600+ member non-profit in Denton, demonstrating his dedication to fostering collaboration and driving impact.

Kami Gildersleeve

My name is Kami Gildersleeve, and my husband, Eric, and I worship and serve at First Rock Fellowship in Aubrey, TX. The Lord has called me to serve in Children’s Ministry while growing in my relationship with Jesus. I attended North Texas Tres Dias Weekend #73, where I sat at the table of Sarah. During that time, God reminded me that I am called to live as His representative - serving Him, by loving others, and seeking in every choice whether I am honoring God. This realization has continued to shape my walk with Jesus in my 4th Day. When I was asked about serving on the Board, I prayed and sought His direction, and His answer was simply, “Here I am, Lord, send me.” If elected, I will trust Him to use me in this role for His glory.

Kendra McKiddy

My name is Kendra McKiddy, and I attended NTTD #75. My husband and I worship and serve at Hope Fellowship Frisco West. At Hope, I serve on Wednesday nights with the youth ministry and on Monday nights with Re-Generation, a 12 Step Recovery in Christ program.

Outside of church, Henry and I have 2 adult children and 5 grandbabies. We enjoy traveling and camping. In my career, I am entering my 11th year of real estate, serving the people of my community with some of the biggest transactions they will ever have in their lives. I volunteer as president for a networking group, Master Networks, where I lead weekly meetings helping entrepreneurs and business owners learn to grow themselves and their businesses.  I currently am serving my last term on the HOA board in my neighborhood, where I have served for 4 years.

My Tres Dias weekend changed me to my core. My relationship with God has grown more than I could have ever imagined. I can see him every day and in every aspect of my life. Spending this time with God has shown me that the gift of leadership he gave me needs to be used to honor him and to grow the Kingdom of God.

I’m honored to be nominated to serve on the NTTD Board. I believe that NTTD is a difference maker for all that not only attend but serve as well.  I would like to be a supportive role on the board, making a difference for all who volunteer their time and for those who attend one of these life-changing weekends. With prayer, I ask you to consider a vote for me as Member at Large. I look forward to serving the NTTD Community with love, integrity and honor to God.

Kurt Sadowski

My name is Kurt Sadowski, I attended North Texas Tres Dias #51, July 12, 2012. My family and I attend and worship at The Bridge Community Fellowship. I serve as the Community and Missions Outreach leader in my church. My Tres Dias weekend changed my life. I was pursuing a relationship with Jesus, but I did not have that until Saturday of my weekend. It was then, I decided that I wanted to be involved in this wonderful community, in any way that I could.

Since then, I continue to serve North Texas Tres Dias weekends whenever I am able. On October 10, 2025 I was given the great honor of leading NTTD #76. My son, Johnny and I had the honor of being Rector and Youth Rector of DFW Vida Nueva #6. Over the last nine years I have served numerous Kairos, Prison Ministry weekends and also had the privilege of leading the team of Kairos #4 into the Telford Maximum Security Prison in New Boston, Texas. My wife, Grace and I served as the NTTD pre-weekend couple for about three years.

We also had the opportunity to represent NTTD at the Tres Dias International Secretariat Annual Meeting in Cleveland, OH in 2018. My Tres Dias weekend meant a great deal to me and still does. I have gained so many close relationships over the last thirteen years through this Tres Dias community. I want to help preserve the essentials and traditions that are central to the success of our beloved community.

Allison Sandoval

My name is Allison Sandoval. I attended North Texas Tres Dias #38.  I worship and serve at Fellowship of the Parks in Northlake with my husband, Don, of 37 years and our 2 daughters. Don serves on the WELCOME TEAM. I serve, alongside my daughter Morgan on the FOTP CLEAN TEAM and the CARE TEAM HANDS AND FEET MINISTRY.

Since my Tres Dias weekend in 2009, this ministry has helped me see my family as my #1 ministry.  I have been privileged to be at home with my kids for the last 35 years.  I home schooled them for a period of time.  Morgan, who is 31, has special needs. She lives with us. I am her caregiver and manage her busy therapy schedule.

Tres Dias has also allowed me to see my role in my church and community as a leader. I have served in the Tres Dias community as well as the youth version of Tres Dias, Vida Nueva, for many years as a leader.

I feel honored to be nominated for an AT LARGE position. From my years of serving the adult and youth weekends I feel like I have a voice that will support that position on the board. Please consider voting for me as an AT LARGE board member.

Jeanine Smith

My name is Jeanine Smith, and I attended NTTD #68 where I sat at the table of Ruth. I was a runner on my weekend and honestly did not want to be there. I’m not much of a rule follower and couldn’t understand why people were following me everywhere I went. By the end of the weekend, I think everyone knew my name—not because I made it easy! But God used that experience to begin transforming me, and it’s one I’ll never forget. Today, I love serving in this community and witnessing the miracles and life changes—mine included—that Tres Dias brings.

Since 2016, my husband Scott and I have been worshipping and serving at Preston Trail Community Church. We are actively involved in ReEngage leadership and helped launch the McKinney campus ReEngage ministry in 2020. In June 2023, I also started a caregiver support group that has been a tremendous blessing to me and others. I was born in the Bronx and raised in Queens and Long Island, New York. Scott and I will celebrate 27 years of marriage this December, and we are blessed with three children: Richie (24), Ryley (22), and Robbie (21).

With 35 years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve always had a servant’s heart and a passion for caring for others. I currently serve as the Executive Director of a senior living company that provides personalized memory care for families in Allen, McKinney, and the surrounding areas. I love the Tres Dias community and all it stands for. It has given me lifelong friendships and a brotherhood and sisterhood in Christ that I never could have imagined.

Scott Smith
I attended NTTD #67 in the fall of 2018 where I had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. Ever since, NTTD has been a wonderful blessing for me and my family.  I'm so grateful, having the opportunity, to be part of such a loving community.  NTTD excels at being a highly impactful discipleship ministry, where lives are changed, substantially. It gives me great joy having a front row seat to the Kingdom work that's being done on the weekends.  And in between, there is much that needs to be done.  If elected again, I would be humbled and delighted to continue to serve in a position that helps sustain this blessed ministry.
